Douglas OHI Wins CSR Initiative of the Year for 3 Consecutive Years

Douglas OHI was delighted to take home the CSR Initiative of the Year award at the 2020 Construction Week Oman Awards for its Autism Awareness, Education, and Impact Programme.

The win recognised the contribution to the welfare of local communities as a whole and the development of employees. Judges said the winner has always been at the forefront of putting employees first and is another clear example of exactly how the company has provided a huge amount of support for local communities. 

Aaron Hennessy, General Manager, Douglas OHI said: “We are proud of this initiative and demonstrate our commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate. It is extremely satisfying to win an award for our commitment, but it was not recognition that we set out to achieve, we just wanted to create awareness, educate and make a positive impact.”
