Our Corporate HSSE team is based in our Head Office in Ghala and acts as a support function for our projects and other work locations around the Sultanate.
We recognise that the people behind our support service are as important as the service itself. We recognise that people are more important than forms and procedures, we would like to introduce you to some of our team members.

I am the Head of HSSE for the Company and have been here since 2016.
I believe that keeping HSSE processes and procedures as simple as possible whilst maintaining a focus on people is key in keeping people safe and healthy in a sustainable way and helps engender a positive safety culture.

Senior HSE Adviser
I am the Senior Health & Safety Adviser and have been with Douglas OHI since 2017.
I am responsible for promoting the company’s Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environmental (HSSE) standards and practices across the business and throughout all our activities.

HSSE Administrator
I have been with the company since 2019.
I assist the HSSE department in all administrative duties, problem solving and supporting management on all HSSE related processes.
