MUSCAT, 3rd November 2022 – Douglas OHI, a contracting company based in the Sultanate of Oman, announces corporate restructuring as they embark on a new business chapter. The announcement and implementation of the changes occurred on the 25th of August. The company has expanded its reach and audience by stepping into two new and significant countries–the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Following Douglas OHI’s opening of new Commercial Registrations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the Board of OHI has made the following organisational changes to Douglas OHI:

● Aaron Hennessy – Group General Manager

● Michael Hall – General Manager, Sultanate of Oman

● Anil Kumar – General Manager, Majan Construction Company (KSA) and Douglas OHI Branch (UAE).

Douglas OHI has expressed confidence that these changes, involving trustworthy people with proven expertise and leadership, will enable them to deliver substantial results to both existing and new clients.

Over the years, Douglas OHI has put efforts into changing the standard of the construction industry in Oman. The company has exhibited new approaches to HSE practices and project and people management. Moving forward, they share their excitement to lead this change in new geographical locations.
