Roll Out of Douglas OHI Behaviour Based Training “It’s OK” Continues in Duqm

Members of our team based in Duqm participated in the Douglas OHI Behaviour Based Safety Training – “It’s OK”. The course has been developed and tailored in our continued efforts to create a positive approach toward safe work culture.

Even though it is a gradual process, the course is a positive step towards changing safety attitudes and safety performance.
