The project consisted of the new building construction of an 8,500 m2 commercial office facility inclusive of two basement levels, ground floor, eight upper floors and a roof penthouse.

The work included excavation, structural concrete frame, facade, internal finishing, MEP and landscaping.

All works were successfully completed on time and to a very high internal fit-out finishing specification.
