PDO was looking for an alternative solution to the traditional way of building office units at their interior facilities to improve time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability. At the same time, there was an immediate requirement to construct the CWE offices (Collaborative Work Environment) in collaboration with Wipro, Oman.

Douglas OHI came up with the idea of using the LGS system, which was successfully implemented and operational now at Qarn Alam, Marmul and Harweel. Each of these office buildings is covered with an area of 600m2 and facilitated with modern interior fit-out.
