Our scope includes Main Racetrack Expansion (Conversion of the existing car park at ground floor to the Shopping mall) – 19,000 m2 gross internal floor area approximately. 11KVA Substation and Cabling works.

Upgrade to Existing Mall: Common areas – 13,000 m2 gross internal floor area approximately. The work in the existing mall divided into East Node, West Node, South Node, East Corridor, West Corridor, South Corridor, and Rotunda area.

Lastly, the Tenant Fit-out Works is done by the Tenant Fit-out subcontractors and supervised by Douglas OHI through the dedicated Tenant Liaison Coordinator Manager.
