We are pleased to welcome several new employees who have recently joined our team in the KSA. As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations in the region, it is vital that every team member feels supported, informed, and aligned with our core values and standards from day one.
To ensure a smooth start, all new joiners underwent a comprehensive onboarding programme. The sessions covere567d a range of essential topics, including company policies, health, safety, sustainability, and environmental (HSSE) procedures, project-specific guidelines, and our overall approach to teamwork and excellence.
Onboarding is more than just an introduction – it's our opportunity to empower new colleagues with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. We are confident that this strong foundation will help them contribute effectively and feel part of the wider Douglas OHI family.
