Originally registered in 2018, SIM was acquired by Douglas OHI as part of a strategic move to expand its regional capabilities and integrated service offering. The formal launch under Douglas OHI now brings renewed focus, investment, and market visibility, establishing SIM as a trusted and capable delivery partner.
Built on over 45 years of operational and technical excellence, SIM combines deep engineering expertise, regional experience, and a forward-looking approach to serve the evolving needs of the oil & gas, petrochemical, desalination, and industrial sectors.
