Fraud alert – Recruitment scam warning

Douglas OHI has become aware of fraudulent individuals, agencies, and job portals falsely claiming to represent our organisation and offering employment opportunities in exchange for payments, security deposits, processing fees, or other charges.

We have also identified fake recruitment documents bearing the Douglas OHI logo and forged signatures purporting to be from members of our Human Resources team.

Please be advised that Douglas OHI does not request, demand, or accept money from job applicants at any stage of the recruitment process. Any request for payment in connection with employment opportunities claiming to be from Douglas OHI should be treated as fraudulent.

If you receive a job offer, interview invitation, or any recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Douglas OHI, please verify its authenticity before sharing personal information, submitting documents, or making any payment.
